Citizen's News is a weekly community newspaper serving Naugatuck, Beacon Falls and Prospect, Connecticut. The newspaper's main focus is on the three local towns and two local school districts (Naugatuck Public Schools and Regional School District 16).
CN is a daughter publication of the Waterbury Republican-American and the successor of the former Naugatuck Daily News. It is printed weekly on Wednesdays and delivered free by mail to residents of Naugatuck, Beacon Falls and Prospect between Thursday and Friday.
Citizen's News writers include Elio Gugliotti (editor), Luke Marshall (staff writer), Kyle Brennan (lead sports correspondent), Ken Morse (sports correspondent) and Ernie Bertothy (sports correspondent).
